Experience
More than 30 years of design practice and a continuous Lithuanian engineering tradition.
Company history
A design practice whose roots reach back to 1992 and the Lithuanian school of engineering design.
Company history
The state company „Priedanga“ was founded in 1992. Before that it was one of the divisions — Republic Department II — of LIETPROJEKTAS, the largest design institute in Lithuania.
The department employed many architects well known then and now. A great number of buildings recognised across Lithuania were designed and built here: the holiday houses in Vanagupė, the „Žilvinas“ and „Eglė“ resorts in Palanga, the „Nemunas“ sanatorium in Druskininkai, the guest house in Žvėrynas, the Law University in Vilnius, the hospital on Žalgirio St. in Vilnius and many others.
In 1992 the state company „Priedanga“ was established on the basis of this department, and in December 1993 it was re-registered as a private limited company.
The company has worked successfully and steadily ever since. We are able to design buildings of varied purpose and complexity, carry out territorial planning, supervise design execution and advise on a range of technical matters.
